Love love love them. Was referred to Urban Eyes by another optometrist who was 'too busy' to see me in the next month. Called up and got an appointment that afternoon. Very thorough exam, great contact fitting, and will definitely be back to get glasses in the coming months...

I've had the terrible curse of Kaiser optical care for the past 5 years...sad, I know. I got a recommendation from a co-worker for Urban Eyes in the Castro. He's been going there for years and said they had a great selection of modern frames...and they take VSP vision coverage (an obvious plus)

Also, the receptionist was very thorough in payment options for my VSP plan, which was greatly appreciated considering the health care maze I've had to maneuver around since SFUSD changed their coverage...
